NEIE MWS can perform detailed waste audits to assist our clients with their waste management goals for reducing waste volumes. We can conduct an inventory analysis; provide waste management determination services; conduct on-site risk assessment and gap analysis; provide on-line database services for waste disposition; provide on-site training; and prepare reports and recommendations for our clients.
These services will ensure regulatory compliance with Federal and State regulations. It is our intention to provide a comprehensive service through a properly executed program and provide our clients the tools to maintain compliance.
Training
NEIE MWS offers a comprehensive educational learning platform through our compliance packages. There are over fifteen available courses. Among those offered are Bloodborne Pathogens for Healthcare, D.O.T. Regulated Medical Waste, Sharps Safety, and Personal Protective Equipment.
Train your staff anytime, and anywhere through NEIE MWS’s Compliance Training Portal. No need for expensive consultants, no need to close your office on training days. Take training individually, or as a group, assign training, track your employee's training progress, and view all training certificates.
Training courses help support and reinforce current client policies and procedures. NEIE MWS’s training portal will ensure customer compliance with regulatory requirements; improve waste segregation and management by medical staff; decrease waste volumes; and improve overall employee healthcare and patient safety.
Client Portal
NEIE MWS Online Client Portal provides customers with total account management. Our online portal offers many convenient features. Here, you will be able to view invoices, history of payments, make payments, check your service calendar, and view manifest to name a few.
NEIE MWS Online Client Portal also facilitates your medical waste disposal recordkeeping. The My Docs feature allows customers to store and view all compliance documents in one place. Here, customers will find their manifests and certificates of destruction.
Customers may also upload their own documents. This allows training certificates, MSDA safety sheets, safety plans and other required regulatory documents to be easily retrieved in the event of an audit.
